First aid at work courses provide comprehensive training in how to deal with a wide range of first aid situations. The course covers everything from basic life support techniques to dealing with more serious injuries and illnesses.
The course is designed for anyone who may need to use first aid at work, including employers and employees. It is also suitable for those who want to learn more about first aid so that they can be better prepared in the event of an emergency.
The course is divided into two parts: theory and practical. The theoretical part covers topics such as the importance of First Aid, how to assess an incident, and the legal aspects of First Aid. The practical part gives attendees the opportunity to practice their skills on mannequins and real-life scenarios.
At the end of the course, there is an assessment which attendees must pass in order to receive a certificate. This certificate is valid for three years and can be renewed by taking a First Aid at Work Refresher Course.
